Rezone land at 64 Park Street Wendouree from Public Park and Recreation Zone to Residential 1 Zone. Rezone land at 235 Albert Road Sebastopol from Special Use Zone to Residential 1 Zone. Amend Planning Scheme Maps Creswick Road and Doveton Streets Ballarat to include Heritage Overlay 151. Remove Environmental Audit Overlay at 201-209 Seymour Street Soldiers Hill.
